Pack of 100! This pack includes 100 balloon clasps. The 1m white ribbon has a tie system so you can attach the balloon to the end of it. Here are the steps to follow: 1. Place the balloon in the loop of the ribbon. 2. Pull the strings very tightly so that the end of the balloon passes through the clasp. A great tip for closing a quantity of balloons in the blink of an eye.
