Right of Withdrawal and Returns

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), as a consumer you have a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal when shopping at personage.no.

  • Withdrawal period: The period for withdrawing from the purchase begins on the day you receive the item(s) in physical possession.
  • Conditions: You have the right to open the packaging and examine the item. However, the item must be returned to us in substantially unchanged condition to receive a full refund.
  • Notification: If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (e.g. by e-mail to info@personage.no) within the 14-day period.
  • Withdrawal form: We will send you a standard withdrawal form upon delivery.

2. Returning goods and costs

  • Return shipment: After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, the item must be sent back to us within 14 days.
  • Return address: Denpoli Venda s.r.o., Okružní 629, 250 85 Bašť, Czech Republic.
  • Return cost: You as the buyer are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping.
  • Refund: We will refund the full purchase amount (including the original shipping cost) without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned item, or documentation that the item has been sent back.

3. Right of complaint

If the item is defective, you may file a complaint in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven).

  • Deadline: The complaint period is normally two years after you took possession of the item. For items intended to last significantly longer, the period is five years.
  • Remedies: You are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase if the item has a fault or defect.
