Shipping information

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Czech Republic with GLS/Bring.

If you order Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM, your parcel will be dispatched the same day. After 2:00 PM or on weekends, we dispatch the parcel on the next business day. Delivery time depends on the carrier and does not include Sundays and public holidays. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by special events such as public holidays, strikes or extreme weather conditions.

Average delivery time 8 to 10 days.

All prices include Norwegian VAT. Shipments are sent under the VOEC scheme — no customs or VAT fees apply upon receipt.
