Adjustable Velcro legs! This humorous penguin costume for adults consists of a jumpsuit, a pair of legs, and a hood. The black and white jumpsuit is easy to put on from the back. It is foam only at the front, and the ends of the sleeves are cut so you can either have your hands covered for a realistic effect, or have your hands uncovered to eat comfortably.
