Adorable little penguin! This baby penguin costume consists of a top and a headpiece. The top is sleeveless, black with a white center and a red bow tie. The belly and back are both padded to give volume to the whole thing. This top can be put on easily thanks to an opening in the back, closed with a velcro. The black headpiece with a small yellow beak is put on like a hat and closes under the chin with a velcro (long-sleeved top, pants and shoes not included).
