The top will give the illusion that you are wearing a jacket over a black top. The fake jacket has padded elements on the shoulders and arms. This top closes with Velcro. The dark-colored pants have built-in overshoes. These are held in place with an elastic band to pass under the feet. These pants have an elastic waistband for added comfort.
