Right of Withdrawal and Returns

1. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), you, as a consumer, have an unconditional 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at personage.no.

• Withdrawal Period: The period starts on the day you receive the product(s) in your physical possession.
• Conditions: You are entitled to open the packaging and inspect the product. However, the product must be returned to us in a substantially unchanged condition to qualify for a full refund.
• Notification: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing info@personage.no within the 14-day period.
• Withdrawal Form: We will send you a standard withdrawal form with your order delivery. 

IMPORTANT: Failure to provide the required information and a standardized withdrawal form extends the withdrawal period to 12 months after the original 14-day period has expired. Ensure this form is included digitally and physically.

2. Return of Goods and Costs

• Return Shipment: After notifying us of your intent to withdraw, the goods must be returned to us within 14 days.
• Return Costs: You, the buyer, are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return shipping.
• Refund: We will refund the full purchase price (including the original shipping cost) without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we have received the goods back or documentation that the goods have been sent.

3. Right to Complaint (Warranty / Reklamasjonsrett)

If the product is defective, you have the right to complain in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven).

• Period: The complaint deadline is normally two years after you took possession of the item. For goods intended to last substantially longer, the deadline is five years.
• Claim: You have the right to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase if the product has a defect.
