14-Day Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have a 14-day unconditional Right of Withdrawal in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the product.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Hygiene Products)

The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery. This includes items such as:

• Cosmetics and Perfumes
• Wigs
• Certain Accessories

Conditions for Approved Return

For a return to be accepted, all goods must be:

• Unopened and unused.
• In original, undamaged packaging with all tags intact.
• Have an unbroken seal (applies to cosmetics, wigs, and accessories).
• Free from odors, cuts, or stains.

Costs and Refunds

• Return Costs: The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
• Refund: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full purchase price and the original shipping cost within fourteen (14) days after we receive the item, or after you have provided proof that the item has been shipped for return.
