Zombie Prison Break This zombie prisoner costume is for women. It includes a dress and a headpiece (stockings, shoes and makeup not included). The long-sleeved dress is short and stained with fake blood. A soft plastic mold sewn at the abdomen shows broken and bloody ribs. The headpiece, matching the dress, is made of thin and flexible fabric and will fit all head sizes due to its elasticity.
