Tea Time This Mad Hatter costume for women consists of a dress, a jacket, a belt, a bow tie, and a hat. The dress is made of soft, comfortable fabric with a checkerboard print on the top and purple stripes on the bottom. It is sleeveless and has three gold plastic buttons on the front for decoration. The jacket is entirely made of turquoise velvet, mostly with black sleeve cuffs.
