The dress, shorter at the front than at the back, consists of a black and white bustier section and a soft skirt striped in red and black. The elasticated sleeves are short and puffy. Tip: For more volume to your skirt, we recommend using a petticoat (sold separately). The belt, made of thick brown felt and a plastic buckle, ties in the back. The hat is made of soft foam.
