No more pulse, no doubt about it! This zombie nurse costume for women includes a dress and a mask. (stethoscope, shoes, stockings, and fake blood not included). The turquoise blue dress is very short and closes at the front with a red zipper: you can thus adapt the neckline to your liking. A soft plastic mold representing broken ribs is sewn at the top of the abdomen. The costume is delivered without the fake blood stains, but you can recreate this effect with a fake blood spray for textiles available on our online store. The mask, also covered in fake blood, is made of soft fabric and will be held to the ears by two white elastics.
