Lace and velvet! This pirate costume is for women and includes a dress and a hat. The dress is made of two parts sewn together. The first is made of beige satin fabric and lined with lace. The skirt will be voluminous thanks to tulle sewn under the skirt part. Over it, a black faux velvet vest is present.
